Description

The aim of the lecture is to provide the information necessary for efficient use and management of ANAC's Accredited Representatives.

Objectives

  • To recognize the need and importance of a delegation system
  • To identify and clarify the legal underpinnings of the delegation system adopted by ANAC
  • To recognize the fundamental concepts associated with the delegation system
  • To identify the roles, responsibilities and prerogatives of both ANAC specialists as well as the Accredited Representatives

  • Criticisms of the delegation system
  • Criteria for an effective delegation
  • MPH-110 "Designation of Accredited Representatives"

Target audience

  • Engineers, technicians and aviation inspectors interested in the regulations, criteria and procedures that ANAC uses to accredit people as CERS (Accredited Engineering Representative) or RFC (Accredited Manufacturing Representative)

Prerequisites

  • Basic knowledge about aircraft and type certification
